Why do I need to make an account?

Signing up will give you the benefit of an easier purchase, tracking your order, and also get notified when the product(s) you want is restocked. You will also be given priority to know all of our updates, e.g. new arrivals, special offers, bazaars that we areparticipating, and also events that we are attending.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

You can click ‘Forget my password” on the “my account” page and follow the instructions.

How do I see the price of the product(s) I want?

You can check them on our website by searching the product or tapping the posts on our Instagram feed.

Where can I see sizing details/ available colours?

You can click on the product on our website and click the ‘Size Chart’ column for sizing and size guide details. For available colours, you can search the item’s products through the search icon and type the name, forexample, “ABEL OUTER”.

Can I exchange the order?

You can exchange your items within 7 (seven) days after receiving them as long as the tag is still on, and not washedfor different models, colors or sizes that have the same price or are higher than your purchased items. If you choose any lower price item, we will not return any excess payment, and if you pick a higher price item, you have to pay the price difference.

Sale items are not allowed to be exchanged. However, please do make sure that you check the measurements before buying the products. This service is only valid for ONE time exchange (for all products). All shipping fee for
exchange transaction will be paid by customer. To know the steps to exchange the products, please get in touch with our Customer Service.

What is my ORDER ID?

You can check it on your invoice email we sent you after you made your order.

 

I’ve already checked out, but why does it say the product is sold out?

If you've already checkout but haven't made and confirmed your payment, the product can still be bought by other customers.

Why do my orders get cancelled?

The maximum payment time limit for a purchase is 1×24hrs after an order
has been placed. If the payment has not been completed until after the time limit confirmation, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Can I cancel my order?

You CAN NOT cancel after submitting your order. Please review your shopping bag first before submitting an order.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer BCA (PT Lentera Butik Sejahtera), BCA Virtual Account, credit card, and e-wallet.

How do I confirm the payment?

Go to our website, click the 'Confirm Payment' on the confirmation page and fill in the total of the payment, payment method, and name of the payer.

What do I have to do if I’ve completed my payment but forgot to confirm over the time limit?

Don’t worry, just contact our customer service.

SHIPPING

Has my order been shipped yet?

You will get a shipping email with your track number ID after we ship your product. Or you can ask our admin/customer service.

Can I ask for my receipt number?

Yes, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service.
