CAREER STORE MANAGER

As a store manager, you will be responsible for overseing the daily operations of all the stores, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively, increase sales and grow the exisiting customer base.

Requirements:


• Min. Bacehelor degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Interested in fashion and retail business
• Detail oriented, good planning and execute skills, excellent budgeting
• Have a good time management
• Able to work in a team and have leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Have service excellence skills
• Ready to be placed in Bandung
• Willing to do store visit in other cities

Responsibilites:


• Running stores operational system
• Create and execute business strategis, promotional material
• Create and execute store events and campaign to increase sales
• Motivating, manage, and daily brief for teams
• Evaluating and manage all the displays and stocks
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Analyze, evaluate, and make plan, and execute to improve store performance
