Requirements:
• Min. SMA/ SMK or D3 degree.
• Friendly and patient in handling a lot of customers.
• Love to advise and handle people.
• Problem-solver and have a heart for customer service.
• Familiar with Ms. Office, chat platforms, e-commerce backend and website backend.
• Able to use gadgets and have a good digital understanding.
• Eager to learn new things.
• Can work in a team.
• Ready to be placed in Bandung.

Responsibilities:
• Handling daily orders.
• Answering all customer’s questions.
• Providing customers with information on pricing, product availability and product details.
• Handling order problems.
