• Bachelor degree in any major (preferably psychology major).
• Min. 1-year experience in HR; fresh graduates is welcome.
• Experienced and strong in behavioural and in-depth interview (recruitment).
• Interest in organisations and development.
• Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Proficient in using Ms. Office, social media, and other online platforms to make some data/ reports.
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have a good personality with the ability to work as part of a team.

• Implement and administer employee policies.
• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and issues.
• Maintain good working culture and office environment.
• Create development program to help improve the employee experience and skills.
• Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
