HR STAFF
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major (preferably psychology major).
- Min. 1-year experience in HR; fresh graduates is welcome.
- Experienced and strong in behavioural and in-depth interview (recruitment).
- Interest in organisations and development.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Proficient in using Ms. Office, social media, and other online platforms to make some data/ reports.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have a good personality with the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer employee policies.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and issues.
- Maintain good working culture and office environment.
- Create development program to help improve the employee experience and skills.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
