HR STAFF

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any major (preferably psychology major).
Min. 1-year experience in HR; fresh graduates is welcome.
Experienced and strong in behavioural and in-depth interview (recruitment).
Interest in organisations and development.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Proficient in using Ms. Office, social media, and other online platforms to make some data/ reports.
Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have a good personality with the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Implement and administer employee policies.
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and issues.
Maintain good working culture and office environment.
Create development program to help improve the employee experience and skills.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
