FASHION RETAIL MERCHANDISER

Role Description

As a full-time Fashion Retail Merchandiser at LOOKBOUTIQUESTORE, your main responsibilities include managing how merchandise is displayed in our stores, handling inventory, assisting customers, and supporting sales activities.


Qualifications:

• Based in Bandung and willing to travel out of town to check all of our stores.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in related field.
• Have a taste in fashion
• Previous experience in retail, particularly in merchandising and visual presentation.
• Strong skills in sales and marketing to enhance product visibility and engage customers effectively.
• Ability to analyze fashion trends, understand customer preferences, and demographics.
• Plan and execute monthly strategies for store displays within allocated budgets.
• Ensure all stores are well-stocked and maintain appealing displays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable about fashion trends and styling to create attractive displays.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for advertising needs and campaigns.
