BRAND MANAGER
Role Description
1. Brand Strategy & Identity
-
Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with the fashion brand’s vision and seasonal direction
-
Ensure consistency across campaigns, collections, online platforms, and retail stores
2. Online Sales & Digital Channels
-
Manage brand performance across e-commerce, marketplaces, and social commerce
-
Plan online campaigns and coordinate content strategy (product images, styling, copy) with marketing team
3. Retail Merchandising (MD)
-
Develop merchandising strategies to optimize sell-through and stock rotation
-
Plan product assortment, pricing strategy, and markdowns
-
Coordinate with retail teams to ensure proper execution in stores
4. Budget & Performance Management
-
Manage brand marketing and promotional budgets
-
Monitor campaign ROI and online sales performance
-
Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Business, or related field
-
3–6 years experience in fashion brand management, merchandising, or marketing
-
Strong understanding of fashion branding, trends, and consumer behavior
-
Merchandising and retail knowledge (assortment, sell-through, markdown strategy)
-
Digital and e-commerce savvy
-
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
-
Creative mindset with commercial awareness
