You can exchange your items within 7 days after you have received them, into different model, color or size which have the same price or higher than the price of your purchased items. If you choose any lower price item, we will not return any excess payment. Sale items are not allowed to be exchanged.
However, please do make sure that you check the measurements prior to buy the products. This service is only valid for ONE time exchange (for all products).

12. Shipping Rules & Restrictions
We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after TIKI delivers to the address. We do not take responsibility if TIKI can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your TIKI shipping code in the ‘Track Order’ links at the top of the page and please call TIKI customer service. Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s). Kindly be noted that we only accept return and exchange for items with manufacturing mistakes.
13. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped via TIKI you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. It can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
