SHIPPING METHOD
We use following courier services : Domestic: TIKI ( www.tiki-online.com) Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days). We ship orders EVERYDAY. Please allow 3 days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer, and please note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after TIKI delivers to the address. We do not take responsibility if TIKI can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your TIKI shipping code in the ‘Track Order’ links at the top of the page and please call TIKI customer service. Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s). Kindly be noted that we only accept return or refund for items with manufacturing mistakes and items with sizes.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been shipped via TIKI you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
