It gives you the benefit of easier purchase, track your order, and also get notified when the products that you want is restocked. You will also be given the priority to know all of our updates: new arrivals, special offers, bazaars that we are joining, and also events that we are attending.

After you know what to buy in terms of category (top, bottom, dress, jumpsuit, or outerwear), you can follow this steps:

  1. Measure your body by following this guide: (This is also provided in all of our products’ page in “size guide” tab.)

2.Take a look at the product’s measurement in its page -> “size chart” button. Compare your body measurement to the most suitable size of the product.

There you go, choose your size wisely! However, note that every product whether it is in the same category (ex. top), they might have different size measurement for the same small/medium/large size.

You can exchange your purchased items within 7 days after you received them, into a different model, color, or size which has the same price or higher than the price of your purchased items. If you choose any lower priced item, we will not return any excess payment. Sale items are can’t be exchanged. Furthermore, Lookcouture items can only be exchanged into a different size and colour but not into a different model.

However, please make sure that you check the measurements before you make any purchase, because this service is only valid for ONE time exchange (for all products). To know which size is perfect for you, see the answer in the previous question tab.

Yes, you can get a notification when the product is back in stock or if some other buyer cancelled their order, by filling in your email address at the product page of the sold out item. After you choose your desired size, you can click the “Receive Notification” button for further notice. However, you should subscribe to our mailing list first to receive the notification.

You CANNOT cancel after submitting your order. Please review your shopping bag before submitting an order.

Maximum payment time limit for a purchase is 3×24 hrs after an order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. If you haven’t confirmed until the time limit, then your order will be cancelled.
