1. How do I see the price of the product(s) I want?
You can chek them on our website by searching the product or tap the posts on our Instagram feed.
2. Where can I see sizing details / available colors?
You can click on the product on our website, click the 'Size Chart' button for sizing details and 'More Info' for available colors.
3. Which size is perfect for me?
After you know what to buy in terms of category (top, bottom, dress, jumpsuit, or outerwear), you can follow these steps:
  • Measure your body by following this guide (this is also provided in all of our products’ pages on the 'Size Guide' tab):
  • Take a look at the product’s measurement on its page by clicking the 'Size Chart' button. Compare your body measurement to the most suitable size of the product. There you go, choose your size wisely! However, note that every product, whether it is in the same category (i.e., top), might have different size measurements for the same small / medium / large size.
4. What is my Order ID?
You can check it on your invoice email we sent you after you made your order.
5. I've already checkout, but why does it say that the product is sold out?
If you've already checkout but haven't made and confirm your payment, the product can still be bought by other customers.
6. Why do my orders got canceled?
The maximum payment time limit for a purchase is 1×24hrs after an order has been placed. If the payment has not been completed after the time limit, your order will be canceled automatically.
Please do not forget to confirm your payment through our website www.lookboutiquestore.com/konfirmasi/ after completing the payment. If you haven’t confirmed until the time limit, your order will be canceled.
7. Can I cancel my order?
You CANNOT cancel after submitting your order. Please review your shopping bag first before submitting an order.

We accept payments via bank transfer BCA (PT Lentera Butik Sejahtera), BCA Virtual Account, credit card, and e-wallet.
2. How do I confirm payment?
Go to our website www.lookboutiquestore.com, click the 'Confirm Payment' page www.lookboutiquestore.com/konfirmasi/, fill in the total of the payment, payment method, and name of the payer.
3. What do I have to do if i've completed my payment but forgot to confirm over the time limit?
Don’t worry, just contact us on our 'Contact' page.

You will get a shipping email after we shipped your product. Or you can ask our admin / customer service.

Yes, please contact our admin /customer service.
1. Can I do exchange and return?
You can exchange your purchased products within 7 days after you received them to a different model, color, or size with the same price or higher than the price of your purchased items. If you chose any lower-priced product, we will not return any excess payment. Sale products can’t be exchanged. Furthermore, Lookcouture products can only be exchanged with a different size and color, but not with a different model.
However, please make sure that you check the measurements before you make any purchase, because this service is only valid for ONE time exchange (for all products). To know which size is perfect for you, see the answer in the previous question tab. To know the steps on how to exchange the products, please contact our Customer Service.
2. If the product that I'm interested in is currently sold out, can I get notified when it's back in stock?
Yes, you can get a notification when the product is back in stock or if some other buyer canceled their order by filling in your email address on the product page of the sold out products. After you choose your desired size, you can click the 'Receive Notification' button for further notice. However, you should subscribe to our mailing list first to receive the notification.
